Nature of Digital Goods

Gava.gg is a service for managing furniture hardware in SketchUp. All products on the platform are exclusively digital:

  • Gava PRO Subscription - access to extended plugin features
  • Settings Synchronization - cloud storage of hardware and supplier data
  • Technical Support - assistance with plugin usage

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

Disclaimer of Warranties: The plugin and service are sold "as is". We make no warranties regarding their full or partial functionality, compatibility with your version of SketchUp, or meeting your expectations.

Limitation of Liability: The administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, project damage, or system damage that may result from using the service. Use is at your own risk.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through the WayForPay payment system:

  • Bank Cards: Visa, MasterCard
  • Google Pay - fast payment via Google account
  • Apple Pay - fast payment via Apple devices

Service Terms

Instant Activation: Access to PRO features is activated immediately after payment confirmation

  • Service Geography: Worldwide, except Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, DPRK, and Islamic Republic of Iran
  • Delivery Method: Activation through personal account on the website
  • Access Delivery Time: Immediately after payment confirmation
  • Technical Support: Plugin usage consultations

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Special rules apply to subscriptions:

  • Trial Period: 3 days access to PRO features for 1 ₴
  • Cancellation: at any time through your personal account
  • Active Period: access is retained until the end of the paid period
  • Refunds: for unused time only in case of technical issues
  • Auto-renewal: automatically disabled when you cancel subscription

Pricing Policy

Subscription prices may change:

  • Guaranteed Period: price is fixed for 3 months from the subscription start date
  • Price Changes: after the guaranteed period, the price may be revised
  • Notification: we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the next billing
  • Your Options: if the new price doesn't work for you — cancel before the next billing
  • Automatic Agreement: continuing the subscription after notification means agreement with the new price

Technical Support Includes:

  • Help with plugin installation in SketchUp
  • Feature usage consultations
  • Technical problem resolution
  • Hardware and supplier configuration instructions
  • Documentation and FAQ updates

REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: Digital Goods Specifics

According to Ukrainian legislation and international practice, digital goods and services are non-refundable after activation, as it is impossible to control their further use.

General No-Refund Rule

Refunds are NOT provided for the following services after activation:

Refunds are NOT provided in cases of:

  • Change in personal needs or preferences
  • Lack of technical capabilities to use the service
  • Incompatibility with buyer's SketchUp version
  • Trial periods (1 ₴)
  • Violation of terms of use by the buyer

  • Civil Code of Ukraine
  • WayForPay Payment System Requirements

Final Provisions

Important Note: By using our service, you confirm understanding of the digital nature of services.

Rule Changes: Administration reserves the right to make changes with 30 days notice.

Document Language: Ukrainian version takes precedence.
